Over PLN 500 000 from Sii Poland for social causes in 2025
20.03.2026
Sii Power Volunteers have proven that with commitment and expertise, it is possible to effectively support local communities. In 2025, Sii Poland allocated over PLN 500 000 to social initiatives. The funds were donated to charities indicated by employees as part of the Christmas campaign, the birthday program – where the value of a gift could be transferred to a selected foundation – and projects implemented under Sii Power Volunteer Program, operating for 10 years. Read on to learn how Power People helped in 2025 and what impact their projects had.
Over 50 social projects across Poland
In 2025, Power People took part in over 50 volunteering projects. Thanks to their efforts, support was provided to seniors, children and youth, people with illnesses, individuals experiencing homelessness, as well as organizations working to protect nature.
This is the tenth year in which our employees have supported local communities. Once again, 2025 showed that people are the true strength of Sii Poland – their empathy, skills, and willingness to take action.
Over PLN 500 000 donated to social causes, more than 50 completed projects, and a record of nearly 1 500 engaged volunteers – behind these numbers are real stories of support and positive change.
“I am proud of the development of the Sii Power Volunteers program – each year we implement more projects that provide concrete support where it is most needed. Our partnerships show that cooperation between business and social organizations can truly change perspectives, strengthen competencies, and open doors to new possibilities – both for the beneficiaries of the foundations and for our volunteers” – says Aleksandra Kuna, CSR/ESG Manager at Sii Poland.
Support for children and youth
Sii Power Volunteers actively support children and young people by organizing practical workshops that develop digital and professional skills. Last year, they conducted educational workshops in Bydgoszcz and Toruń for over 70 beneficiaries of the Wędka Association, which supports children and youth from less privileged backgrounds. Participants learned about working in IT, created CVs and LinkedIn profiles, and gained knowledge about online safety. At the end of the series, they developed their own event projects, and the five best received grants to implement them.
“What motivated me to take part in the volunteer campaign was mainly the desire to help young people who need support and understanding as they enter adulthood” – says Anna Kruczynska, HR Operations Specialist at Sii Poland, project leader.

Five renovated children’s facilities
Last year, we completed renovations in 5 care and support centers to make the spaces more friendly to live in .
One of the projects, conducted with the Szansa Jest Zawsze foundation – which supports the developmental opportunities of children with disabilities – gave volunteers the chance to learn graffiti art under the guidance of Szwedzki, a well-known street artist from Katowice. Using their newly acquired skills, they created energetic graffiti that now decorates the sensory integration therapy center, bringing joy to young patients. Additionally, Sii’s donation allowed for the purchase of equipment to better support children’s development.
“What made me happiest was the reaction of the children to the final result. Taking part in the project, how well it was organized, and the opportunity to meet Szwedzki brought me immense joy!” – says Natalia Bartosiak, Recruitment Specialist at Sii Poland, project participant.
Christmas support for children
The Christmas campaign attracted the greatest interest among our volunteers. Nearly 1 000 Workers helped fulfill the wishes of children from care centers across Poland, resulting in 800 children receiving Christmas gifts.
“One of the greatest advantages of this project was the genuine involvement and joy of Sii volunteers. You could see they felt empowered and needed” – says Agnieszka Kościelecka, Regional Director at Sii Poland, and project participant.
In addition to traditional letters to Santa Claus, volunteers organized workshops on making holiday soaps for children in the oncology ward of a Łódź hospital. As part of the initiative organized with the Gajusz Foundation, which supports terminally ill children and their families, Workers dressed as elves roamed the hospital bringing smiles to young patients’ faces.

Helping seniors and chronically ill
Last year, Sii Power Volunteers regularly supported seniors and people with chronic illnesses. In Warsaw, they worked with the Senior w Koronie Foundation, which helps impoverished and lonely seniors. They provided ongoing support to over 100 elderly people – personally delivering food and hygiene products, which have them the opportunity to spend time with beneficiaries. They also organized a celebration of the traditional “Dziady” ritual. Volunteers spent two weeks preparing decorations and then hosted activities for seniors.
“Consistent cooperation with foundations allows us to help throughout the whole year. Even small gestures – a conversation, shared time, or a food package – mean so much for seniors who often live alone. It’s not just material support but emotional support as well, giving them a sense that someone cares” – says Monika Mikosza, Account Executive at Sii Poland, project leader.

Volunteering for animals and nature conservation
Every year, Power People actively support animal shelters and pro-animal organizations. In six cities, volunteers ran Psii Patrol and Kocia Siiła projects, offering dedicated care for local shelters. This year, they organized special charity fairs featuring delicious baked goods and handmade crafts created by talented Workers. In Wrocław, Sii Power Volunteers built dog houses themselves during workshops led by a carpenter.
Workers also eagerly participate in environmental initiatives. One project focused on educating the public about wild animals’ protection. A group of Power People took a walk through the nearby Tri-city Landscape Park with a naturalist to learn how local wildlife behaves and how to respond when encountering animals.
“Taking part in the project with the Pomorskie Wild Animal Rehabilitation Center Ostoja, which provides specialized care for wild animals, allowed me to rediscover the richness of nature right next to our office. I also learned how to react when encountering wild animals, which appear more often in urban areas. It was an incredibly inspiring experience” – says Marcelina Kwapisiewicz, CSR/ESG Specialist.
Collaboration for people with disabilities
Power People also supported people with disabilities under the care of the Lena Grochowska Foundation. Volunteers took part in ceramic workshops and visited a café employing the foundation’s beneficiaries. During the meeting, they learned about their daily work, needs, and challenges. Thanks to the Sii Power Volunteers’ involvement, the café also gained visibility and increased public awareness of its mission.
“The support of Sii and the CSR team during the project is invaluable! I’m glad Sii enables every employee to organize charitable initiatives, helps with formalities, and provides guidance. Thanks to this, many amazing projects come to life” – says Nikola Kempisty, Events Specialist and project leader.
Driven by the initiatives of Power People
The Sii Power Volunteers Program continues to be a space for implementing employee-led social initiatives, proving that business and social responsibility can go hand in hand. It is the ideas of Sii Workers, supported by grants and the engagement of the entire organization, that ensure help reaches those who need it most.
