AgilePM® Foundation + Practitioner

Four-day AgilePM® Foundation and Practitioner training. Training at the Foundation level provides participants with knowledge and basic skills related to working in agile projects based on the DSDM Atern methodology, which is the basis for AgilePM®. Training at the Practitioner level is focused on the practical use of DSDM Atern methodology in agile project management.

Course objectives

- Acquiring knowledge and skills necessary for work

- Preparation for the accredited AgilePM® Foundation exam
AGILEPM® PRACTITIONER COURSE OBJECTIVES
- To learn and understand practical issues related to agile project management
- Acquiring knowledge and skills necessary to manage agile projects (agile)
- Preparation for the accredited AgilePM® Practitioner exam.

- What is Agile? How to choose an appropriate Agile approach?
- Philosophy, policy, guidelines and dimensions of the projects
- Preparing for the success
- DSDM processes
- People and DSDM – DSDM roles and responsibilities
- DSDM products
- Main practices – prioritization and timeboxing
- Planning and control through the whole project lifecycle
- Good practices
  - Workshops
  - Modeling
  - Iterative development
- Revision sessions and mock exam
- Accredited exam (optional)

- Roles and responsibilities – view of the Project Manager
- Agile Project Management – life cycle

- Delivery on time – combining MoSCoW techniques, prioritization and timeboxing
- People, teams and interactions

Prerequisites

PREREQUISITES for AGILEPM® FOUNDATION
- Recommended but not crucial is to have experience in work in projects (not necessarily in IT area)
PREREQUISITES for AGILEPM® PRACTITIONER
- Experience in work in projects (not necessarily in IT area).
- AgilePM® Foundation certificate

All people involved in projects (regardless of the industry and topics) and acting as project managers, members of project teams, persons supervising the project and other project stakeholders
