  • Preparing for the accredited Change Management Foundation exam

Any person involved in a change situation, preparing for accreditation in this area, interested in upgrading their skills, or performing the role of Change Manager in an organization.

  7. Stakeholder strategies – techniques to identify and segment stakeholders, empathy masks and maps, influence strategies
  8. Communication – communication channels, feedback, communication barriers
  9. Change impact
  10. Review sessions and mock exam
  11. Exam (optional)
