  • Understanding the importance of roles defined in the process of change, responsibilities and accountabilities arising from them
  • Preparation to the accredited Change Management Practitioner exam

PREREQUISITES

It is required to have:

  • ChM work experience regardless of industry,
  • Change Management Foundation certificate

  5. Change delivery plan – what is important?
  6. Sustaining the change – applying the leverage concept in consolidating new habits.
  7. Levels of adoption according to Kelman and critical mass.
  8. Reinforcing systems – inhibitory and reinforcing feedback loops.
  9. Scenarios.
  10. Revision and consolidation sessions.
  11. Mock exam.
