Introduction to Agile and Scrum

A one-day bespoke program, provides the participants with basic knowledge about the agile methodology and the Scrum approach, shows their mutual connections and application in projects, with a special focus on IT projects.

Presentation of the fundamentals of agile and Scrum approaches and applying them in the project management area.

All the people involved in projects, particularly project managers, project coordinators, member of projects teams (consultants, business analysts) and everybody seeing the need to understand and apply the agile approach in projects.
