Employer Branding Stars awards have been announced – Sii Poland is among the winners!
The companies awarded in the survey conducted by Employer Branding Institute have been announced. Sii Poland is included in a small group of brands awarded with the Employer Branding Star 2021 title. The award is of special value as it is awarded on the basis of data, so it is only granted to the best managed employer brands.
Employer Branding Stars are awarded to employers who obtained a score above 50% in the overall brand survey. Among others, the study assessed offers and values communicated to candidates and employees. The results mean that the company was audited and successfully verified as an organization that cares about building a strong employer brand.
Sii Poland achieved a high result of 72% and was among the awarded companies, including Coca-Cola HBC, EY, Nordea and Continental.
