Nicole works as a Delivery Manager, leading multiple projects and teams, ensuring that the needs and requirements of clients are well understood and that high-quality testing services are delivered. Software testing is her passion, and she has practical experience as a Test Manager in large and complex projects. Outside of work, Nicole enjoys attending theater performances, musicals, and movies. She is also passionate about traveling.

Mateusz has been working as a test automation developer for about 10 years. His main responsibilities include creating test automation frameworks and integrating them with CI/CD systems. Throughout his career, he has worked with most of the test automation tools available on the market, giving him the expertise to choose the best tool for any task. As a test architect, Mateusz is involved in preparing offers, estimating projects, and developing custom test frameworks tailored to project needs. In his free time, Mateusz enjoys exploring new landscapes and flavors. When not traveling, he brews his own IPA beer, works on DIY projects, 3D prints, studies physics, and relaxes by playing guitar or board games.

As a Solution Architect in the testing domain, Tomasz combines knowledge of testing with a passion for programming. His experience spans projects in the banking, telecommunications, gambling, and copyright fee settlement sectors. He specializes in designing optimal test automation solutions for Sii clients, including AI solution testing. In June 2024, he completed postgraduate studies in 'Artificial Intelligence in Business and the Public Sector,' which expanded his expertise in this rapidly developing field. Outside of work, his passions include cycling, car mechanics, and spending time with his family.

Dariusz is an automation tester with a passion for programming in the Java ecosystem. He has gained his professional experience primarily in the financial and pharma industries. In addition to designing and implementing test scenarios, he is interested in performance testing of business applications and implementing proposals in test architecture. In his free time, Dariusz enjoys reading literature on psychology and investing, as well as traveling around the country by motorcycle.

Piotr has gained experience in industries such as telecommunications, banking, and pharma. For years, he has been responsible for managing teams in an international environment, focusing on both project delivery and budget management, as well as planning team development strategies and actively participating in the pre-sales phase. His main area of interest is quality assurance, which he views as a key factor for success.

Marta serves as a Test Leader in a team focused on data migration between two systems. In addition to her daily collaboration with the team of testers, she remains in constant contact with managers, analysts, and architects to smooth out the often bumpy paths of the project. She strives to foresee the unforeseen, clarify the unclear, plan for the unplanned, and ensure the best possible testing. After work, you can find her with a grinder in hand, restoring old furniture.

At Sii, Remigiusz works as a Test Manager in pharmaceutical projects and as a Lead Technical Assessor, managing a team responsible for technical assessments. For over five years, he has been conducting technical verifications and providing training as an accredited ISTQB® trainer. Additionally, as a member of the Polish Testing Board (SJSI), he reviews training materials, syllabi, and sample questions, and also contributes as a host at industry events. Software testing and quality management are his passions, which he shares through mentoring, communities, training, and by creating content on his website and Sii’s technology blog.
