The challenge
The client needed a workshop about the IT sector’s responsibilities to train people working in the business area. The goal was to increase their practical knowledge of software testing and efficient project management, and acquire competencies in terms of building a self-developing team by workers.

- Discussed and verified the workers’ level of knowledge to recognize the client’s specific needs.
- Defined success criteria for the Testing Academy project.
- Prepared a dedicated program and training materials.
