About the client
The largest chain of convenience stores in Poland. A very dynamically developing and implementing new accompanying services network.
The challenge
The client needed to increase the competencies of his employees in the area of data modeling based on good practices and report optimization. The aim of the training was to acquire skills in diagnosing, modifying and visualizing reports. Employees needed to learn new skills in working with large amounts of data, including their analysis and improvement of their efficiency.
What we did
- Organized a series of meetings in which we precisely defined the needs and expectations regarding the training and defined the challenges faced by the client.
- Diagnosed the business need and customer expectations.
- Created a bespoke program and training materials in the area of MS Power BI at an intermediate level in terms of Snowflake data warehouse, intended mainly for business analysts who deal with the handling and processing of huge amounts of sales data on a daily basis.
- Conducted dedicated workshops both remotely and stationarily.
