The challenge
The client needed help with the implementation of widely recognized standards developed by the IREB (International Requirements Engineering Board) organization. These standards address Requirements Engineering, focusing on areas such as requirements elicitation, requirements documentation, requirements validation, and requirements management.
What we did
- Conducted discussions with the client to determine and define their needs and expectations for the IREB Certified Requirements Engineer training course.
- Organized a three-day IREB Certified Requirements Engineer training course.
- Administered an accredited exam for the IREB Certified Requirements Engineer Foundation Level certification.
