We are looking for System Test & Validation Engineers for an automotive software validation program focused on system-level testing, requirements-based validation, test case design and execution, test automation, defect tracking, and end-to-end ownership of the validation lifecycle. The project ensures the quality and reliability of embedded automotive systems using standard validation processes and dedicated test environments.

The role requires strong hands-on experience in automotive system testing and ADAS validation, along with proficiency in CAPL and Python scripting. Engineers must work independently, take ownership of test execution activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results efficiently.

Your tasks

Analysing system requirements and preparing test scenarios
Implementing and executing system-level test cases
Developing test automation using CAPL and Python
Performing test execution on ADAS DUT/bench environments
Investigating failed test cases and supporting defect analysis
Conducting test result analysis and identifying root causes of issues
Preparing test reports and technical documentation
Supporting weekly release candidates and internal milestone deliveries
Driving end-to-end ownership across test execution, investigation, and reporting
Collaborating closely with customer engineering, validation, and system teams
Operating under tight delivery cadence with minimal ramp-up time

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years’ experience in automotive embedded software validation and testing
Background in automotive system testing environments
Hands-on involvement in ADAS-related projects
Execution of system- and integration-level testing activities
Application of requirements-based testing methodologies
Development of test automation using CAPL
Scripting for automation and validation in Python
Experience with ADAS DUT, bench setups, and validation systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Capability to work independently with minimal ramp-up time
Preference given to immediate joiners or short-notice availability

Nice to have

Hands-on experience with AURIX, TDA4, EyeQ6, or comparable automotive platforms
Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments
Proven ability to collaborate directly with customer engineering teams
Previous work in projects with a fast release cadence

Wdrażanie i wykonywanie przypadków testowych na poziomie systemu
Opracowywanie automatyzacji testów przy użyciu CAPL i Python
Wykonywanie testów w środowiskach ADAS DUT/bench
Badanie nieudanych przypadków testowych i wspieranie analizy defektów
Przeprowadzanie analizy wyników testów i identyfikowanie przyczyn źródłowych problemów
Przygotowywanie raportów z testów i dokumentacji technicznej
Wspieranie cotygodniowych kandydatów do wydania i wewnętrznych dostaw kamieni milowych
Prowadzenie kompleksowej odpowiedzialności za wykonanie testów, badania i raportowanie
ścisła współpraca z zespołami ds. inżynierii, walidacji i systemów klienta
Działanie w ramach ścisłego harmonogramu dostaw z minimalnym czasem rozruchu

Wymagania

Minimum 3+ lata doświadczenia w walidacji i testowaniu oprogramowania wbudowanego w branży motoryzacyjnej
Doświadczenie w środowiskach testowania systemów motoryzacyjnych
Praktyczne zaangażowanie w projekty związane z ADAS
Wykonywanie działań testowych na poziomie systemu i integracji
Stosowanie metodologii testowania opartych na wymaganiach
Rozwój automatyzacji testów przy użyciu CAPL
Tworzenie skryptów do automatyzacji i walidacji w języku Python
Doświadczenie z ADAS DUT, konfiguracjami stanowiskowymi i systemami walidacji
Dobre umiejętności komunikacji werbalnej i pisemnej w języku angielskim
Zdolność do samodzielnej pracy przy minimalnym czasie wdrożenia
Preferowane jest natychmiastowe dołączenie lub dostępność w krótkim czasie
