We are looking for an experienced AI Platform Governance & FinOps Specialist to establish and continuously improve governance, financial management, compliance, and operational controls across an enterprise AI Platform. The role bridges AI governance, cloud FinOps, risk and compliance, vendor management, and platform operations, ensuring AI services are consumed responsibly, cost-effectively, and in alignment with enterprise standards. You will work closely with platform, security, infrastructure, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to translate governance requirements into practical processes that support scalable AI adoption.

Your tasks

Defining and maintaining governance standards, policies, and operational controls for the AI Platform
Coordinating onboarding and governance reviews for new AI model providers, services, and capabilities
Managing inventories of approved models, providers, and platform capabilities throughout their lifecycle
Monitoring Azure and AWS consumption, utilization, and cost trends while identifying optimization opportunities
Coordinating risk, compliance, audit, and control-review activities and maintaining supporting documentation and evidence
Handling vendor-related activities and preparing governance, financial, and operational reporting for stakeholders

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in governance, risk, compliance, FinOps, or cloud platform management within enterprise technology environments
Deep understanding of AI governance principles, responsible AI practices, and enterprise technology governance frameworks
Practical experience with cloud consumption monitoring, cost reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or FinOps activities
Ability to translate governance, risk, and compliance requirements into practical operational processes and controls
Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives involving platform, security, infrastructure, finance, legal, and business teams
Excellent documentation and reporting capabilities with a structured and detail-oriented approach
B2 level of English

Nice to have

Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock
Awareness of cloud cost management tools and FinOps methodologies
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to AI and data processing
Exposure to vendor governance and technology service management

Definiowanie i utrzymywanie standardów zarządzania, polityk i kontroli operacyjnych dla platformy AI
Koordynowanie procesów onboardingu i przeglądów zarządzania dla nowych dostawców modeli AI, usług i możliwości
Zarządzanie inwentarzami zatwierdzonych modeli, dostawców i możliwości platformy przez cały ich cykl życia
Monitorowanie zużycia, wykorzystania i trendów kosztów w Azure i AWS, a także identyfikowanie możliwości optymalizacji
Koordynowanie działań związanych z ryzykiem, zgodnością, audytem i przeglądami kontroli oraz utrzymywanie dokumentacji i dowodów wspierających
Obsługa działań związanych z dostawcami oraz przygotowywanie raportów dotyczących zarządzania, finansów i operacji dla interesariuszy

Wymagania

Co najmniej 5-letnie doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie zarządzania, ryzyka, zgodności, FinOps lub zarządzania platformą chmurową w środowiskach technologii korporacyjnej
Dogłębne zrozumienie zasad zarządzania AI, odpowiedzialnych praktyk AI oraz ram zarządzania technologią w przedsiębiorstwie
Praktyczne doświadczenie w monitorowaniu zużycia chmury, raportowaniu kosztów, budżetowaniu, prognozowaniu lub działaniach FinOps
Umiejętność przekształcania wymagań dotyczących zarządzania, ryzyka i zgodności w praktyczne procesy operacyjne i kontrole
Doświadczenie w koordynowaniu inicjatyw międzyfunkcyjnych z udziałem zespołów platformy, bezpieczeństwa, infrastruktury, finansów, prawa i biznesu
Doskonałe umiejętności dokumentacyjne i raportowe z uporządkowanym i szczegółowym podejściem
Poziom B2 języka angielskiego
