Bassriver powered by Sii
The 24th, 25th and 26th of July were the hottest days this summer! All thanks to the Bassriver powered by Sii – a three-day Drum & Bass music marathon which took place in parallel to the Audioriver Festival in Płock. Sii became the official title sponsor of the upcoming technological and musical event.
For more than 30 hours, at Grodzka 16 street in Plock, in front of La Petite Nalesy.pl, the sounds of Drum & Bass will be in the air. During the Bassriver powered by Sii, 36 Polish artists will perform a great music show. Among the invited DJ’s and MC’s, one can list: adamformat. (Drum & Bass Boat, Paranoia Crew), Alcowhore from Warsaw, Artiztix (DrumObsession) from Poznan, Mr Floppy with DJ Krzaku from Warsaw, Mystic MC (Torun) and others. One of the artists of the project was dj Bizzmo, an engineer cooperating with Sii Gdańsk.

Audioriver in Plock is a three-day holiday for people who love electronic music – says Joanna Kucharska, HR and Communications Director. – At the same time, before the BassRiver, it lacked an event that would gather drum & bass fans. With the initiative for the organization of such a project came Grzegorz Gronkiewicz, a fan, DJ and engineer simultaneously cooperating with the Sii. As a company supporting passion and fun, we decided that Bassriver will be sponsored by Sii!
During the marathon there was a possibility to try yourself in music production. In cooperation with the Academy of Sound we organized an interactive stand where people experimented with live sound assembly.
