Sii has already started administrative and recruitment activities. Still in July, the new Lublin seat is to be launched at Tomasza Zana street in Lublin. The recruitment for the position of the manager, administration specialist and IT engineers (.NET and web programmers, SharePoint and CRM architects, and Microsoft Dynamics AX programmers) has already begun. Specialist teams are being built to carry out IT projects related to application development, building, testing and management of the infrastructure for the Sii Clients around Poland and within the scope of offshore services. Being a price competitive city with a vast educational offer aimed at young IT engineers in comparison with other Polish cities, Lublin features considerable potential for the Sii Service Centre growth and development.
Sii is the company marked with the highest growth in Poland. According to the IDG TOP 200 Report dated July 2013, Sii is a leading company in the “IT Companies with the Highest Employment Growth” category. In March 2013, Sii was ranked 15th on Europe’s 500 – the list of the fastest growing companies in Europe – as one of the 2 Polish companies included on the list. The survey is carried out cyclically under the auspices of the European Parliament. Sii is not only a growing and financially stable employer, but it is highly appreciated by its staff. The Sii mission is to identify and promote the best employees as they are the greatest assets of the company. This approach is confirmed by the countrywide surveys. In the recent ranking of “Computerworld,” Sii was awarded the title of the Best Places to Work in IT in Poland 2012. In May 2013, the company was ranked among top 50 IT employers in Poland in the TOP 50 “IDEAL EMPLOYERS” 2013 Student Survey (a spontaneous indication).
