Sii Poland won the 2nd place in the Great Place to Work Europe ranking!
This year is special for Sii Poland − the company not only celebrates its 15th anniversary and exceeding the number of 6 000 specialists and PLN 1 billion in revenue, once again it won the title of the Best Large Workplace in Europe, awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute. Taking the high 2nd place among large companies employing over 500 people, Sii significantly improved its position compared to the previous year. This year’s results were announced on September 21 on the Great Place to Work website.
For the fourth time Sii Poland has won the title of the Best Workplace in Europe in the category of large enterprises with over 500 employees. The high 2nd position on the list is yet another proof that the company, which employs over 6 000 employees, creates a stable and friendly workplace. This year’s winners in each category were announced on September 10. The Great Place to Work title is of particular importance to Sii, because workers’ satisfaction is one of the company’s core objectives.

What are the rules of Great Place to Work Europe?
The Great Place to Work Institute conducting the survey verifies not only the satisfaction level of the employees. Self-fulfillment, long-term career prospects, management methods, or even additional initiatives outside the scope of the company are also examined. In the 19th edition of the ranking, over 3 000 European companies from 36 countries, employing a total of over 1 million people, were analyzed. The awards are granted in four categories – small companies (20-49 employees), medium-sized (50-499 employees) and large (over 500 employees), and the international category. To be included in the European list, companies must first be identified as outstanding in the local Great Place to Work rankings. For 6 years now, the company has been included in the Great Place to Work Poland list, consistently working to retain its high position. In May 2021, Sii Poland took 1st place in the category of large enterprises with over 500 employees.
