Sii was awarded the Platinum EcoVadis Medal. Recognition for sustainability and responsible business practices  

For the fourth consecutive year, Sii Group, including Sii Poland, has achieved remarkable results in EcoVadis’ comprehensive assessment of corporate sustainability practices. In the latest evaluation, Sii Group earned a platinum medal, placing it among the top 1% of the most sustainable IT companies assessed by EcoVadis. Year by year, Sii Poland actively engages in EcoVadis’ detailed annual survey, which scrutinizes business processes, policies, procedures, and longstanding practices. The purpose of participating is the company’s commitment to high standards and responsible operations.

EcoVadis assessment criteria 

EcoVadis is a globally recognized rating agency that evaluates companies’ commitment to sustainable and responsible business operations.

The assessment focuses on four key themes:​  

• Environment: Policies and actions related to environmental management.​  

• Labor & Human Rights: Practices concerning employee welfare and human rights.​ 

• Ethics: Standards governing ethical conduct and anti-corruption measures.​ 

• Sustainable Procurement: Criteria ensuring responsible sourcing and supplier relationships.​ 

These themes incorporate 21 sustainability criteria, meticulously evaluated to provide a comprehensive view of a company’s CSR performance. ​  

EcoVadis’ methodology is anchored in seven founding principles, emphasizing evidence-based assessments, industry-specific considerations, and a diverse range of data sources. This approach ensures that evaluations are tailored to each company’s unique context, providing a nuanced understanding of their sustainability efforts. ​ 

Sii Poland among the highest-ranked IT organizations 

In 2025, Sii Group’s efforts were recognized with a high rating of 83 out of 100 points, significantly surpassing the industry average. As a result, Sii has been awarded the Platinum Medal, placing the company among the top 1% of the organizations within the technology sector. This recognition reflects the company’s robust social responsibility initiatives and adherence to international sustainability standards.​

Commitment to environmental and social governance 

Beyond the EcoVadis assessment, Sii Poland has engaged in many practices aimed at maintaining business responsibility. In 2022, the company implemented ISO 14001, reinforcing its dedication to environmental management (see: Awards and certificates). Sii Poland signed the Diversity Charter the following year, promoting inclusive workplace practices, sustainable practices, and activities recognized in the “Raport Dobrych Praktyk” of the Responsible Business Forum. The company has also been recognized with the Great Place to Work title, highlighting Sii’s commitment to one of its five core goals, ensuring Workers’ Satisfaction.
