Do you want to effectively collaborate with product owners and business analysts to ensure that the software being delivered meets customer needs? This training will teach you how to define acceptance criteria, model business processes, and conduct acceptance tests. You’ll gain knowledge that is crucial in every software lifecycle, and you’ll prepare for the exam to earn the globally recognized ISTQB® Acceptance Tester certificate.

You’ll work on evaluating and validating a business solution by defining acceptance criteria.
You’ll learn how to model business processes and rules in BPMN notation.
You’ll gain knowledge about acceptance testing for non-functional requirements, including usability and performance.
You’ll learn the principles of collaborative acceptance testing.

This training is aimed at all individuals involved in acceptance testing, such as product owners, business analysts, testers, test analysts, test engineers, and consultants.

Prerequisites

To take the exam, the ISTQB® Certified Tester Foundation Level certificate is required.
