Do you want to advance to a test team leader and take responsibility for testing processes in IT projects? This training will prepare you comprehensively. You will learn how to plan and control testing activities, manage risk and quality, and implement effective test strategies. You will gain the knowledge necessary to manage a team and communicate with stakeholders, and you will prepare for the exam to obtain the international ISTQB® Advanced Level – Test Manager certificate.
This training is intended for experienced software testers who hold or aspire to hold managerial functions in teams responsible for testing in IT projects.
This training is designed according to the ISTQB® Advanced Level Test Manager 3.0 syllabus and covers all key areas required for effective test management in IT projects. Each module concludes with a series of sample exam questions to help participants review their knowledge and prepare for the certification exam.

Test metrics: Defining, collecting, and analyzing software quality and testing process metrics.
Continuation of Chapter 2: Product Management
Test estimation: Techniques for estimating testing effort, budgeting, and resource planning.
Defect management: The defect management process, including its lifecycle, prioritization, and analysis.
Chapter 3: Team Management
The test team: Roles, competencies, and structure of the test team; managing competencies and motivation.
Continuation of Chapter 3: Team Management
The test team (continued): Management styles, building a culture of quality and collaboration in the team.
Stakeholder relationships: Communication with stakeholders, reporting, managing expectations, and escalations.
Presentation, lecture, discussion, group activities based on scenarios, interactive revision sessions.
