We are looking for a Scrum Master to join the project for a prestigious investment bank. The project is related to the consumer and commercial banking space. This includes online platforms for savings, loans and other financial products. The teams collaborate with colleagues located in London, Bengaluru and New York. 

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team  
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games 
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Good command of English 
• Good to have a technical background, but not a must (can be Product Owner or Project Manager) 

• Taking care of proper Scrum implementation, according to organizational vision and strategy
• Facilitating Scrum events and other ad-hoc meetings for teams 
• Assisting Product Owners and teams in story writing, backlog maintenance, prioritization and planning 
• Assisting in creating useful, reliable and practical forecasts for delivery sprints and releases
• Coaching developer, designer and product team members in Agile practices, values and principles
• Building a safe environment with an emphasis on collaboration and problem solving
• Direct working with developers, QA teams, managers, delivery teams and all other stakeholders
