For our client from the medical sector, we are forming a team of Technical Testers to work on testing medical devices, e.g. artificial cardiac pacemakers. You will have the opportunity to cooperate in an international environment, have exposure to test automation, and contribute to improving patients' health comfort, and quality of life globally.

Your role

Implementing the defined test strategy and supporting the planning of the overall quality strategy for the project
Assuring high-quality standards for test activities to make sure that medical device is safe for patient use
Analyzing requirements and specification documents, preparing test cases to cover requirements, and coordinating their execution
Reporting all found defects, problems, and errors as well as preparing testing results (e.g. in the form of a test report)
Proactively searching for areas for improvement
Contributing to test automation across different projects
Using Azure DevOps on a daily basis while creating test plans, test suites, and performing tests
Performing technical tasks related to testing – working with Git, SQL, API
Testing various systems, also mobile apps, embedded platforms, and connectivity protocols

Your skills

At least 3 years of experience in the area of software testing
Proven knowledge of a variety of test design techniques, working with test documentation and requirements
Very good written and spoken English
Working experience with Git, SQL, and Azure DevOps
Openness and ability to work in a distributed team
Accuracy and orientation to details
Knowledge of the ISTQB syllabus (a certificate would be an asset)

Optional:

Experience in CSV/GxP environment
Basic programming skills (Java/ Python/ C#) or willingness to learn in the project
Working experience with API
Practical knowledge of Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD
Experience in testing mobile apps, embedded platforms, and connectivity protocols
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (Master's would be an additional advantage)
