We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our project in the banking industry.

The office is located in the center of Warsaw and you will work on site at least 3 days a week.

• Introducing, coaching, and facilitating the practice of Scrum and Agile best practices
• Promoting an agile mindset in daily work with different teams
• Planning sprints, grooming, demo and retrospectives
• Resolving obstacles, setting up and supporting Scrum artifacts in Jira
• Coordinating releases
• Tracking KPIs

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master
• Performing the role of Scrum Master in at least 3 IT projects
• Professional Scrum Master I Certificate or equivalent
• Highly developed interpersonal and organizational skills, in particular, the ability to plan, define goals, and achieve them
• Good organization of own and teamwork
• Knowledge of Confluence and Jira
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
