We are currently looking for a Technical Product Owner to join our team in implementing a project for a client in the retail industry. The project includes the creation of a public charging platform, the enhancement of an online store for home chargers, and the provision of energy services by clients in the European market.

As a Technical Product Owner, you will have the opportunity to work with five agile scrum teams working intensively on AWS infrastructure and using technologies such as Java, Angular, React, Android, and iOS.

• Work with the Product Managers, Business Owners, and Business Stakeholders to understand the needs
• Drive discussion about priorities, expectations, and needs within the Scrum/SAFe framework
• Ensure your teams are building the right thing at the right time
• Understand your domain, and scope and provide clear requirements to the team
• Gather requirements, and develop models, documents, and specifications needed for delivery
• Be a proactive caretaker of your team backlog, both from priority and scope points of view
• Build better cooperation with other Development Teams

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Owner and prior documented experience in IT - system analyst, developer, or test engineer position  
• Proficient understanding of the Product Owner's role and responsibilities outlined in the Scrum Guide
• Proven expertise in spearheading international digitalization projects with high complexity and garnering attention from senior management
• Track record of navigating agile projects with dependencies on legacy systems
• Strong practical knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence
• Fluency in English and Polish
