We are looking for a Client Implementation Analyst to join the Operations team for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments.

The team collaborates with important stakeholders to bring new clients on board, emphasizing efficiency, and providing outstanding client service.

• Owning and running the implementation process for all types of clients and products
• Liaising with Sales and other teams to manage priorities
• Managing tight timelines for fund launches, market-specific deadlines, and trade dates
• Developing in-depth knowledge of all requirements needed to legal entity alignment, Client Onboarding policy, and process requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience (Customer Service, Client Onboarding, KYC) within corporate financial services
• Strong communication skills to express issues and ideas clearly and ensure timely escalation
• Ability to work within a high-risk environment meet challenging deadlines and target
• A flexible, proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
