We are looking for an individual to join Sii's Marketing department as a Communication Specialist, supporting various units in executing marketing projects and content creation and developing our podcast, social media profiles, Press Room, and relations with the press.

• Creating engaging and high-quality social media posts and TikTok videos
• Writing and publishing high-quality press releases, media announcements, and articles
• Managing media relations, responding to press inquiries, developing a media database, and running media monitoring
• Preparing newsletters
• Supervising corporate podcasts and vlogs, managing the agenda, selecting topics, coordinating execution, and interviewing our Workers on camera
• Producting engaging marketing materials on YouTube - videos, presentations, and online campaigns with the support of our team of online marketing, graphic design, and video design specialists
• Managing crisis communications – if needed

• Minimum 3 years experience in communication, public relations, or journalism in a corporate or media environment
• Excellent communication skills, ability to defend your ideas and persuade others of your point of view
• English at an advanced level
• Very good organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and complete tasks on time and to a high standard
• Crazy ambition, motivation, and fighting spirit
• Charisma, positive energy, can-do attitude, and enthusiasm in easily to making contacts and friends while naturally building trust and credibility, demonstrating professionalism and a team spirit attitude
• Knowledge of marketing and communications tools (social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube; MS Teams; Outlook; offline communication)

• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira
