• Providing first-line IT support by handling and resolving user incidents and requests
• Analyzing problems, identifying root causes, and proposing effective solutions
• Proactively monitoring IT production systems to prevent issues
• Keeping technical documentation up-to-date and accurate
• Conducting quality checks on new system releases before deployment
• Prioritizing user requests and providing clear explanations

• Delivering IT support to users and resolving incidents at the first level
• Collaborating with the team to continuously improve IT processes and systems
• Participating in demonstrations and presentations, representing the production perspective
• Evaluating the appropriateness of user requests and providing necessary challenges
• Serving as the main point of contact (SPOC) for a specific functional team
• Coordinating handover processes across regions (France, India, North America)
