Passion Sponsorship Program: Sii helps Workers realize their dreams 

Every year, Sii Poland gives PLN 1 000 000 to support employees’ passions and volunteer activities. The funding includes the Passion Sponsorship Program, which allows Workers to implement creative ideas connected to hobbies, sports, and technology. This enables employees to meet other Power People with similar interests and create shared memories. Watch the video to learn more about this inspiring program and meet the project leaders. 

Workers’ Satisfaction and Fun are two of Sii Poland’s five strategic goals. To fulfill them, the company gives PLN 1 000 000 annually to support projects related to passion, technology, and volunteering. For this reason, Sii introduced the Passion Sponsorship Program, enabling Workers to realize their creative ideas. 

The Passion Sponsorship Program provides financial support and opportunities to meet Power People with similar interests. Projects cover a variety of unusual hobbies, such as freediving, sailing, or aviation – and much more! Workers receive financial grants for activities related to their interests and for implementing innovative, technology-related ideas. 

Since 2016, when the program began, more than 200 projects have been implemented in which about 25% of all Workers have participated.
