Sii Poland donates PLN 200 000 to charity as Christmas gifts
19.12.2025
Activities aimed at supporting those in need are an integral part of Sii Poland’s DNA. For almost a decade, the company has allocated an annual budget of PLN 1 million to finance passions and volunteer work that are important to the organization’s Workers. Together, they have already carried out over 130 pro-ecological campaigns, development workshops, and initiatives supporting children, adults, and animals. One of the company’s additional projects, launched in response to the strong support and interest in volunteering among Workers, is Christmas Donation, which celebrated its second edition in 2025.
This Christmas, on behalf of all Power People, Sii donated PLN 200 000 to charity for the second consecutive year. The idea to continue the project emerged after last year’s initiative received overwhelmingly positive feedback on social media, in monthly satisfaction surveys, during annual interviews, and in the Great Place to Work study. This gesture once again replaced traditional Christmas gifts in response to a real need among Workers, which has been observed in the organization for years: to have a positive impact on the world around them.
Our Power People have been actively participating in charity campaigns supported by Sii for almost a decade – says Anna Bednarz-Jaskot, Chief Marketing Officer. – Last year alone, nearly 1 000 Workers took part in charitable and skills-based volunteering, conducting IT workshops for children and adults from groups at risk of exclusion, as well as in environmental initiatives. I am proud that our Power People think about those in need throughout the year, not just during the holidays. I would like to thank everyone for their enthusiasm and big hearts: together, we are changing the world for the better – adds Anna.
As part of the Christmas Donation initiative, Workers from 16 offices in Poland, Sweden, and Ukraine chose organizations to receive financial support. Each Worker could cast a vote in a survey, and the institutions with the most votes in a given region received the donations. Thus:
- PLN 60 000 went to the Senior w Koronie Foundation, which improves the quality of life of people aged 75+, especially those who are lonely and struggling with health and financial problems.
Thank you for being with us and for remembering seniors during this special time – says Aleksandra Czarna-El Baz, President of the Senior w Koronie Foundation. – Thanks to your help, we can provide them with care, support, and a sense that they are not alone. This is invaluable to them. Together, we are making the world a kinder and more caring place – continues Ola.
- PLN 30 000 went to the Avalon Foundation’s fundraiser for Sii employee Paweł Biegaj, who is battling ALS disease.
The remaining amount, PLN 110 000, was distributed among the following organizations:
- Fundacja Dom w Łodzi
- Fundacja Iskierka
- Stowarzyszenie Łatwo Pomagać
- Stowarzyszenie Dzieciom i Młodzieży Wędka
- Fundacja Podkarpackie Hospicjum dla Dzieci
- Fundacja Pomóż Im
- Lubelskie Hospicjum dla Dzieci im. Małego Księcia
- Puckie Hospicjum pw. Św. Ojca Pio
- Schronisko dla Bezdomnych Zwierząt w Dobrej Szczecińskiej
- TurbotaE Charity Foundation
- Radda Barnen (Save the Children)
This is already the fourth joint initiative between the Puck hospice and Sii. We would like to thank all Power People for participating in the Christmas vote, voting for our facility, and remembering our patients. We will allocate the donation to the Mikołaj Marzeń project, thanks to which we will fulfill their Christmas wishes – comments Maciej Dolewski, Chief PR Specialist at the Puckie Hospicjum pw. Św. Ojca Pio.
