A unique conversation with a unique guest

In this special three-episode Sii Talks series, Mikołaj Brożek, Sii Journalist and Content Creator, talks to Grégoire Nitot, CEO & Founder of Sii Poland, revisiting key moments in the company’s history.

This special edition of Sii Talks was created to celebrate the company’s 20th anniversary and focuses on topics such as scaling an organization, a leader’s responsibility, and the practical aspects of running a large company. Each episode focuses on a different area, and together they create a cohesive story about how Sii has grown over the last two decades.

Episode 1 – From startup to IT industry leader in 20 years

In the opening episode of this special Sii Talks series, Grégoire Nitot, CEO & Founder of Sii Poland, talks about the decisions that shaped the company, the price of growth, risk management, and what really lies behind the long-term scaling of an organization.

The first part of the interview covers, among other things:

  • the beginnings of Sii in Poland and the realities of building a company from scratch,
