AI in Everyday Work

Training language: PL

  • The number of participants 8-12 people
  • Duration 2 days

Why take this course

Artificial Intelligence is no longer just a topic discussed at technology conferences—it is becoming a practical tool that is transforming the way people work across every industry. The challenge is not access to AI tools, but knowing how to use them effectively and safely.

This course answers practical questions such as:

  • Can AI help me in my daily work even if I am not a technical professional?
  • How can I communicate with AI to get useful results instead of generic responses?
  • Which tasks can be accelerated with AI, and which are better left to humans?
  • How can I avoid overtrusting AI-generated outputs?
  • What information can safely be shared with AI tools, and what should remain confidential?

What you’ll learn

After completing this course, participants will be able to:

  1. Explain what AI is and how language models work without relying on technical jargon.
  2. Create effective prompts—clear and precise instructions that generate useful results.
  3. Use AI to analyze and summarize documents, reports, and notes.
  4. Draft, edit, and improve business communications such as emails, proposals, summaries, and announcements.
  5. Generate working drafts of documents, meeting agendas, checklists, and action plans.
  6. Recognize AI limitations, including hallucinations, oversimplifications, and outdated information, and verify results effectively.
  7. Assess which information can be shared with AI tools and which requires protection.
  8. Build a personal AI working methodology tailored to individual responsibilities and tasks.

Certification & Exam

Participants receive a personalized certificate of course completion.

The course does not include a final exam. The emphasis is placed on the practical application of knowledge rather than formal certification
