About the client
A prominent pharmaceutical and healthcare firm with a presence in over 100 countries. The company concentrates on research and development, the production of medicinal products, and the promotion of life-transforming treatments and vaccines that benefit millions of individuals.
The challenge
The client needed to maintain the central Jira Software instance to ensure that the Atlassian Platform was developed in line with internal validation processes. Due to the centralization, the task required process automation and migration of the Jira Server to Atlassian Cloud.
What we did
- Designed and built a cross-platform application to automate document creation and updating based on defined templates.
- Performed an analysis of the smaller Cloud instances possibilities.
- Consolidated two Jira Software Server instances and migrated them to the Central Jira Software Cloud instance.
- Supported all stages necessary to migrate Atlassian Server tools to Atlassian Cloud.
