About the client
An international chain of gas stations and convenience stores, headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, and operating worldwide. The company is one of the largest chains in the United States and has around 16 000 convenience stores around the world, employing more than 130 000 people.
The challenge
The client implemented a new ITSM system and needed a scalable solution to support the adoption of IT processes.
What we did
- Defined the client’s business needs and requirements.
- Prepared a series of interactive mini-training sessions for the client’s e-learning platform, taking into account the specificity of the company’s processes.
