We are looking for an experienced Senior Specialist in Digital Compliance and Audit to join our global IT team. Reporting to an IT Representative, you will ensure our software systems meet legal rules, security standards and internal policies, and act as the key facilitator for internal and external IT audits across our Group Function IT landscape. This is a hybrid onsite role in Bangalore, immediate joiners preferred
Your tasks
- Ensuring software systems meet legal requirements, security standards, and internal policies during evaluations, while providing evidence of compliance for existing critical applications
- Monitoring software application compliance against regulations and standards such as GDPR and SOC 2
- Organising documentation and evidence to support internal and external IT audits
- Acting as the primary liaison between internal and external auditors and technology teams
- Serving as the single point of contact for audit teams, ensuring consistent responses, evidence, and documentation across applications and audit topics
- Coordinating with subject matter experts across business functions and applications to mitigate regulatory risks and support successful audit outcomes
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in IT Compliance, Information Security, or IT Auditing within enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience applying risk management and security controls to ensure regulatory and organizational compliance
- Proven experience working with compliance frameworks and standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
- Hands-on experience managing cloud security, governance, and compliance requirements across modern technology environments
- Strong experience maintaining audit documentation, controls evidence, and compliance records for internal and external audits
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with auditors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to drive successful compliance and audit outcomes
- Excellent communication skills with fluent English proficiency (minimum B2 level)

Wymagania
- Minimum 7-letnie doświadczenie w zakresie zgodności IT, bezpieczeństwa informacji lub audytu IT w środowiskach korporacyjnych
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w stosowaniu zarządzania ryzykiem i kontroli bezpieczeństwa w celu zapewnienia zgodności regulacyjnej i organizacyjnej
- Udokumentowane doświadczenie w pracy z ramami i standardami zgodności, takimi jak RODO, SOC 2, ISO 27001 i NIST
- Praktyczne doświadczenie w zarządzaniu bezpieczeństwem chmury, zarządzaniem i wymaganiami zgodności w nowoczesnych środowiskach technologicznych
- Silne doświadczenie w utrzymywaniu dokumentacji audytowej, dowodów kontroli i rejestrów zgodności dla audytów wewnętrznych i zewnętrznych
- Udowodniona zdolność do współpracy z audytorami, interesariuszami i zespołami międzyfunkcyjnymi w celu osiągnięcia udanych wyników zgodności i audytu
- Doskonale umiejętności komunikacyjne z biegłą znajomością języka angielskiego (minimum poziom B2)
