We are looking for an experienced IT Procurement Platform Specialist to join the Finance & Procurement IT team and support global procurement systems for WSA. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation, rollout, configuration, and maintenance of the Zycus procurement platform across all WSA entities.
You will combine hands-on technical and operational support with procurement system configuration, integration management, and supplier master data maintenance. Working closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams, you will help ensure smooth system operations, consistent processes, and successful implementation of procurement technology solutions across the organization.
Your tasks
- Supporting the implementation and rollout of the Zycus procurement system across all WSA entities
- Managing integrations and configurations to ensure smooth system operations during and after implementation
- Providing operational support for procurement processes, including handling user tickets related to supplier master data and P2P/S2C modules
- Maintaining system configurations and master-data alignment, including updating approval matrices, user roles, and integration mappings
- Coordinating change requests and testing activities to ensure procurement systems remain consistent and well-documented
- Collaborating with procurement, finance, and IT teams to align processes and supporting training for users affected by system or process changes
Requirements
- Minimum 7–8+ years of relevant experience in IT systems, procurement systems, or a similar technical role
- University degree in a technical, science, or related field
- Strong understanding of procurement processes, particularly Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Source-to-Contract (S2C) modules
- Experience working with supplier/vendor master data management
- Hands-on experience with procurement platforms, ERP systems, system configuration, application support, and integrations
- Good understanding of system workflows, approval matrices, user roles, and change management
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy, quality, and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate with global stakeholders
- Good team collaboration and leadership skills

Twoje zadania
- Wsparcie w implementacji i wdrożeniu systemu zakupowego Zycus we wszystkich jednostkach WSA
- Zarządzanie integracjami i konfiguracjami w celu zapewnienia płynnego działania systemu podczas i po wdrożeniu
- Zapewnienie wsparcia operacyjnego dla procesów zakupowych, w tym obsługa zgłoszeń użytkowników związanych z danymi głównymi dostawców oraz modułami P2P/S2C
- Utrzymywanie konfiguracji systemu i zgodności danych głównych, w tym aktualizacja matryc zatwierdzeń, ról użytkowników i map integracji
- Koordynowanie wniosków o zmiany i działań testowych w celu zapewnienia, że systemy zakupowe pozostają spójne i dobrze udokumentowane
- Współpraca z zespołami zakupowymi, finansowymi i IT w celu dostosowania procesów oraz wsparcia szkoleń dla użytkowników dotkniętych zmianami w systemie lub procesie
Wymagania
- Minimum 7–8+ lat odpowiedniego doświadczenia w systemach IT, systemach zakupowych lub podobnej roli technicznej
- Wykształcenie wyższe w dziedzinie technicznej, naukowej lub pokrewnej
- Silne zrozumienie procesów zakupowych, szczególnie modułów Procure-to-Pay (P2P) i Source-to-Contract (S2C)
- Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu danymi głównymi dostawców/kontrahentów
- Praktyczne doświadczenie z platformami zakupowymi, systemami ERP, konfiguracją systemów, wsparciem aplikacji i integracjami
- Dobre zrozumienie przepływów pracy w systemie, matryc zatwierdzeń, ról użytkowników i zarządzania zmianami
- Silne umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów, analityczne i krytyczne myślenie
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją przy zachowaniu dokładności, jakości i dbałości o szczegóły
- Dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne w języku angielskim oraz zdolność do współpracy z globalnymi interesariuszami
- Dobre umiejętności współpracy w zespole i przywództwa
