Having worked in several European countries and in the United States, Marcin has implemented comprehensive IT solutions for clients in telecommunications, financial, healthcare and retail industries to name a few.
For many years, Marcin has been promoting and implementing the agile approach in organizations with particular emphasis on scaling agility. For his achievements in project management, transformation and implementation of PMOs, Marcin received numerous awards, incl. PMI Project of the Year Awards. Marcin holds numerous certifications including PMP®, PMI-ACP®, SPC5, PRINCE2® Practitioner, MoP® Foundation, ITIL® Foundation. As one of the few accredited trainers in Poland Marcin is authorized to deliver Scaled Agile Framework trainings. During 5 years of his training and coaching work, Marcin has educated several thousand people.
Trainer, consultant and manager with over 15 years of practical experience. He worked at traditional (waterfall) and agile projects in a number of different organizations where he built IT service-oriented organizations, implemented a methodical approach to project management and to enterprise architecture as well as defined, implemented, evaluated and optimized business and IT processes. In addition, he audited organizations, built organizational structures and services catalogs, defined SLA/OLA and participated in projects involving software development and release of systems and IT tools.
Certified ITIL®4 Managing Professional, ITIL® Expert, PRINCE2® Practitioner, PRINCE2 Agile® Practitioner, AgilePM® Practitioner, Lean IT® Foundation, SAFe 5 Agilist, Professional Scrum Master and Six Sigma Yellow Belt. Rafał is an accredited trainer authorized to conduct ITIL®, Lean IT®, AgilePM®, PRINCE2® and PRINCE2 Agile® courses. Has got many years of coaching experience – his trainings and workshops were attended by several thousand people.
