Business Processes Management Department in Sii is looking for an assistant to support its operational work, scheduling and organization.

You will work on internal IT projects, focus on HR Processes, User’s Experience and User’s voice.

On a daily basis, you will co-operate with Analysts, UX Designers & Power Users.

Your responsibilities will include facilitating the "ideas and improvement" program (gathering, selecting, and escalating the most valuable ideas presented by workers, process monitoring & worker’s satisfaction maintenance).

• Keep up-to-date and ensure high quality of internal procedures and documents
• Support communication management in the process of change implementation
• Prepare statistics, statements, summaries, reports and presentations for internal use
• Test new functionalities before their production
• Monitor the quality of data entered in the systems and take steps to improve it
• Monitor the up-to-date information on the Department Team Site
• Organize trainings and internal meetings aiming at knowledge sharing and improving skills related to the use of systems
• Onboard new people in a particular department concerning business processes (if applicable)
• Provide support for workers, answer questions, resolve problems, help in finding and preparing documents
• Database management
• Assist in the preparation or prepare internal/department’s newsletters

• Ability to efficiently write and edit texts (Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint)
