Sii Office Management in Gdańsk is looking for Office Receptionist. Our team is responsible for creating a great workspace for other departments and supporting them on daily basis. • Answering all telephone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Handling administrative tasks (ordering office supplies, working with building administration, etc.)
• Greeting visitors and candidates
• Organizing business meetings
• Handling correspondence
• Providing general office assistance
• Developing and maintaining positive relationships and good communication with colleagues and team members

• At least one year of experience in a similar position
• Very good work organization, rigorous and polite
• Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel will be an added advantage
• Very good knowledge of English
• Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the company
• Pleasant and open-minded personality
