Your role

Be responsible for the debt collection process for assigned customers
Perform tasks related to the order-to-cash process (e.g. settlement of credit notes with open items, booking customer payments, prepayments)
Conduct month-end closing/ quarter-end closing activities and prepare relevant financial reports
Monitor and perform order release and credit management processes
Post manual and intercompany invoices
Cooperate closely with sales and customer care
Follow SOX procedures
Participate in internal and external audits, as well as prepare and verify documents for auditors

Your skills

A degree in Accounting and/or Finance
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting in an international environment, preferably in a shared service environment
Fluency in English and German
Excellent communication skills
Experience in working with customers would be a great asset
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

SAP experience
