Join our Operations team as a Portfolio Reconciliations Analyst!

Following a hybrid work structure, you will perform tasks for a leading global company specializing in investment banking and financial instruments. You will join a team that supports all areas of the firm dealing with asset servicing, collateral and margin management, and client onboarding.

• Working with clients to track and resolve position discrepancies 
• Consolidating requests for pricing and position issues with other teams 
• Delivering position reports to clients and 3rd party vendors in a timely manner 
• Participating in the development and implementation of the Portfolio Reconciliation mandate 
• Reviewing and resolving collateral disputes

• At least 3 years of relevant experience (accounting or taxation) within corporate financial services and/or fund industry
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant area such as Auditing, Finance, Taxation, or similar
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build relationships and communicate complex issues to a wide range of internal clients
• Self-motivation and proactive team player skills with a strong ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage competing priorities
