You will join one of our Competency Centers - Digital. It’s a department where we implement solutions that improve the online channels of our customers in the area of e-commerce and content platforms with big attention to the customer experience aspect. We conduct projects in the areas of customer and user experience, web platform implementation, web analytics, and related advisory and audit services. Our customers come from many industries: from retail and consumer goods to financial services and high-tech. We are working in agile methodologies on medium and large-size projects from Poland and from abroad.

• Supporting Project Managers and Delivery Managers in the execution of daily duties in the area of project management
• Launching and managing internal projects
• Organizing the tasks of the team implementing internal projects
• Prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress
• Helping your project team overcome blockers
• Keeping project documentation up-to-date
• Staying in touch with key stakeholders and communicating project progress
• Sharing and analyzing key information with team members responsible for different project phases, from user experience and software development to quality assurance

• A student in the final years of studies related to project management
• First experience in project management, event organization, participation in study/science clubs
• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours from Monday through Friday
• Open to working from the office in Gdansk
• Very good knowledge of English 
• Analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and organizational abilities
• Proficient in effective communication
• Positive demeanor with a "can-do" attitude
• Knowledge of German/Dutch/Swedish will be a big plus
