Are you eager to dive into international sales and gain valuable experience? We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Sales Delivery Operation Specialist.

At Sii, we pride ourselves on our dynamic and multicultural work environment. As a key player in the industry, we work closely with a diverse range of clients, including 50 German clients, which account for 10% of Sii PL revenue. You will be joining a team of five seasoned Sales Managers who will provide mentorship and support as you embark on your journey in international business development.

• Finding and contacting prospects who might benefit from Sii services
• Communicating with potential customers and generating interest in the value proposition of Sii – be it through email, phone, social media, or webinars
• Researching and analyzing the prospects' profile, industry dynamics in the region, and pain points, to tailor their messages and qualify them as leads
• Supporting the Regional Team to improve response times, quality of services, and sales processes through administrative tasks
• Developing individually small accounts 

• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a sales-focused role
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required
