• Research our clients and prospects’ organizations to identify decision-makers aligned with our offerings
• Deliver outbound and inbound sales activities using all communication channels (telephone, email, social platforms, etc.)
• Collaborate with our technical and managerial team to prepare proposals and secure contracts
• Tailor sales materials to resonate with individual client needs, showcasing the value proposition of Sii's services
• Be responsible for full sales and delivery cycle

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Natural relationship builder with a strong focus on detail and the ability to foster trust through professionalism
• Positive attitude, not giving up easily, understanding the process and effort it takes to reach success
• Quick learner with a curious mind, eager to stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving IT landscape
• Experience in customer acquisition, headhunting, or a related field, with a demonstrable ability to achieve sales targets (preferably in the IT area)
