Sii is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team and work for one of the leading companies in the automotive industry. As a Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

• Lead and manage automotive projects from initiation to closure, ensuring successful delivery
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, procurement, and manufacturing, to ensure project alignment and success
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project objectives are met
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial accountability
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the automotive industry
• Strong knowledge of automotive engineering, manufacturing processes, and industry trends
• Excellent leadership, team management, and organizational skills
• Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is a plus
• Fluency in English, proficiency in Swedish is a plus
