Sii Sweden is looking for an NPI and Process Engineer to join our client’s production team as soon as possible. Today, the team consists of a Team Leader, ten operators, and four Support Engineers/Technicians. The work will be done onsite in Ballerup (Copenhagen).

Our customer specializes in personalizing various documents and cards and for this purpose has a modern and up-to-date production infrastructure, which you will be trained to maintain and administrate. Your role will contribute to delivering, banking, transport and governmental products in the aim of building a future we can all trust.

• Support and monitor all data processing activities which include administration, analysis and reporting of file failures
• Communicate effectively any product or data processing issues at the daily production briefings First Line incident support for the Production Team for any Personalization, Work stream and Infrastructure issues
• Create documents using development applications like PRES Connect Designer
• Coordinate projects for the implementation and qualifications for new products or new process
• Administrate IT technical systems and database (internal production systems) by data input, their update and maintenance
• Build technical and quality documents aligned with company standards and practices

• Engineer's degree or other education in area of Information Technology, IT-Electronics
• Practical knowledge of operations and manufacturing processes in an industrial environment
• Experience as an NPI or Process Engineer or in the area of production support
• Database administration experience and capability for SQL request
• Capability to create some basic scripts using software such as velocity, automate or PowerShell
• Ability to troubleshoot systems log files
• Fluent Swedish or Danish and good knowledge of English
• ERP system knowledge (like Oracle)
• The ability to obtain PET-Security approval at the SECRET level is required
