Business Intelligence Competency Center Director

Location: Warszawa

The challenges waiting for you:

  • Responsibility for a P&L unit (over 50 consultans)
  • Developing the Company offering in the area of Business Intelligence (reporting systems, warehouse, ETL processes, data analysis, big data etc.)
  • Defining offering strategy:
    • Services
    • Solutions
    • Products
    • Cooperation with vendors
    • Focus on defined market segments
  • Defining marketing strategy. Build Sii brand as a trustworthy solutions provider
  • Supervising the sales activities of dedicated sales people
  • Supporting Sales & presales activities within the organization
  • Managing delivery of services under his/her responsibility in the areas: risks, budget, quality assurance, methodology, controlling, reporting and planning. Organize & lead the work of the delivery teams
  • HR / Team management
  • Cooperating with other company units: sales, PMO, finance, back-office, legal

Required skills:

  • Ambitious Leader
  • Experience in management of a unit responsible for providing IT services, preferably in the BI area
  • Thorough understanding and in-depth knowledge on business intelligence related technologies
  • Wide knowledge about IT services market, knowledge of competition and clients
  • Good sales and presales skills
  • Relevant experience in IT services business (at least 10 years); experience gained in IT services provider
  • Experience in managing programs, project portfolios and IT services
  • Dynamic and very ambitious person, not afraid of challenges
  • Good organization of work and excellent skills to manage people
  • Positive Energy. Ability to energize others
  • Passion. Deep and authentic excitement about work
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility to the customer
  • Nice and open-minded
  • Ability to understand customer’s problems & create solutions in response
  • Ability to sell high level consulting services & win large deals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Drive and ambition to Win & deliver contracts, strong focus on target
  • Able to recruit Top level subordinate team; build close contact / partnership / open-minded relation with them; + closely monitor subordinates KPI help them to perform & Win
  • Fluent English proficiency
