  • Fonts and their correct usage, indentation, Hard space.
  • Paragraphs
  • Format painter.
  • Bullet points and numbered lists – correct use in practice.
  • Tables as a way to arrange elements on a page.
  • Tabulators
  • Letterhead
  • Version history

2. Word – Serial correspondence

  • Preparing a repeatable document
    • Use of styles.
    • Arranging the content of a document using fields.
    • Quick parts – creation and use.
  • Serial correspondence
    • Creation rules.
    • Preparation of a master document.
    • Data sources.
    • Inserting serial correspondence fields.
    • Using the If..then..else field.
    • Viewing and filtering Data sources.
    • Previewing results.
    • Merge file.
  • Extended handling of serial correspondence
    • Changing the format of merged data
    • Formatting using field codes.
    • Saving merged documents for later use.

3. Power Point – a creative approach to presentations

  • Power Point – an approach other than traditional.
  • Slide template – how to build your own slide layouts.
  • Custom presentation – something different than usual. Captivate your audience and let them give direction to your presentation.
  • Advanced animations with the use of motion paths. Build any animation on your own.
