During the 60 minute presentation: “Increase the Sales Potential and Customer Service Quality Thanks to Integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with the Telephone System”, Anna Chmielewska – a Microsoft Dynamics consultant at Sii, will present the benefits that can result from integrating the Dynamics CRM system with the telephone system. She will also tell how to improve and facilitate the key element of the sales and post-sales service process – the contact with the customer.
The speaker will present,how to make phone calls, register and identify the speaker – thanks to an automatic access to the speakers’s profile – or analyze the history of the contact, using the Dynamics CRM system.
