Sii Poland in the 30th place among the 300 best Polish employers according to Forbes Magazine
Forbes Magazine in partnership with Statista have chosen the best employers in Poland. In the list of 300 companies from 24 industries, Sii Poland was ranked high – 30th in the general classification and 5th in the IT, Internet, software, computer games and computer service category. The Poland’s Best Employers 2021 ranking was created on the basis of a survey conducted among people currently professionally active in Poland.
Sii Poland has once again proved that by employing over 5,000 employees, it creates a stable and friendly workplace. In the first edition of the Forbes and Statista list, the company took 30th place in the overall ranking and 5th place in the IT, Internet, software, computer games and computer service category. The group of awarded companies also includes global brands such as Google, Microsoft and IBM. The places on the list were allocated on the basis of answers provided in the questionnaire by people currently professionally active in Poland.
– Being on the list of the best employers is always a source of pride, but also satisfaction and joy. It’s great that with over 5,000 Power People we can still create an organization recognized by people as a great place to work, where we grow together, we build a team based on mutual respect and trust, where we all feel good every day and we are simply ourselves – says Joanna Kucharska, CHRO at Sii Poland.
Despite the pandemic, Sii Poland continues to develop dynamically. The last quarter turned out to be record-breaking – 553 specialists joined the company. In each of the sectors, there is a need for Java, .NET, Front-end, Python, C ++ developers, DevOps engineers, business analysts, as well as automation testers.
– The Forbes award confirms that Sii is an attractive workplace. This is also evident when we look at the great results of our recruitment. A record quarter is behind us. The candidates are attracted by interesting projects, development opportunities and the fact that we are a stable employer. We still have many open positions for people with varying degrees of experience. From the beginning of the pandemic, we have been conducting a friendly, remote recruitment process, from the first interview through the technical check, signing the contract and delivering the equipment to onboarding – says Wojciech Dreja, Head of Recruitment at Sii Poland.
