Sii Poland ready for acquisition on the Scandinavian market
Sii Poland has been analyzing the Swedish market for acquisition – for this purpose, it intends to allocate up to EUR 33 million (PLN 150 million). Employing over 5 000 experts, the leading Polish IT, engineering, digital and BPO services vendor is looking for a company that will allow it to strengthen its position on the Scandinavian market.

To be even closer to our clients from this region, in 2019 we opened a subsidiary in Sweden, headquartered in central Stockholm. On the one hand, it is a modern technological center driven by innovation, and on the other hand, it is an area where companies face challenges such as the lack of appropriate skills and resources. Sii’s Swedish branch supports its clients not only based on the possibilities of the local market but also thanks to having access to qualified, English-speaking engineers in Poland, providing services in line with European standards and offering competitive prices – says Michael Desmurs, Scandinavia Business Lead at Sii Poland.

Sii Poland is interested in entities selling IT (Professional Services), engineering or BPO services, having direct contracts with large local companies such as Volvo, Scania, Ericsson, Nokia, Nordea, DNB, Danske Bank, Maersk, Carlsberg, Assa Abloy, Seb, H&M or Ikea in their portfolio.
The perfect candidate would be a company with a minimum of 100 employees, which has been operating on the Swedish market for at least 5 years. Through acquisition, Sii Poland wants to strengthen its presence on the Scandinavian market.
