ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) is the most widely adopted ITSM framework, providing best practices for managing IT services. ITIL helps organizations implement standardized processes that improve service quality, increase efficiency, and reduce operational costs. In practice, ITIL is used to standardize IT processes, manage incidents, changes, problems, and plan and report on IT services.
