Course objectives

The basic aim of the training is: analysis of one’s own, current way of thinking; precise definition of personal and team problems and tasks; proper selection of methods and techniques to the problem or task; unconventional, different from the previous ways of looking at the problem and task; creative (creative) thinking; overcoming psychological, organizational and environmental barriers that are not conducive to the development of creative thinking.

    • Change of habits
    • Stress in human life and its impact on the performance of tasks.
    • The role of relaxation. Examples of relaxation techniques
    • The role of constructive criticism in the process of creative thinking
    • „Idea killers”
  • How to increase motivation to act? “That we would like to … a few words about motivation !!!
  • The ability to formulate goals. Well-formulated goal + perseverance = success. Cartesian Questions.
  • More about the imagination.
  • Creative thinking techniques and tools: Walt Disney’s strategy, Embryo strategy, Edward de Bono’s Hats, Fishbone diagram, Osborn’s questions, Brainstorming / Reverse Brainstorming, Mind maps, Visualization, WCK operator, Creative scribbles
